Yoga in the Gardens
CSU Annual Flower Trial Gardens: Thursday, June 29 at 5:30 p.m.
This free, hour-long Vinyasa flow yoga class will be held outside in CSU’s Annual Flower Trial Gardens, near the gazebo. The Flower Trial Gardens are located across the street from the Gregory Allicar Museum of Art and the University Center for the Arts at 1400 Remington Street.
Participants should bring their own mat and water. No other equipment is needed, though you are welcome to bring blocks. Please dress for the weather.
Appropriate for all experience levels! Sessions are limited, however, so please be sure to register below (or unregister if you can’t make it!).
Suggested donation of $10 to benefit the Gregory Allicar Museum of Art.

About the instructor
Theresa came to the museum in September of 2021. Theresa is an alumna of Colorado State University. She was formerly a Visitor Services Manager for the Humboldt State Natural History Museum for 10 years. She has many years of experience in the service industry as a manager and regional manager and formerly owned an Art & Yoga studio.
