“Ralph has spent over six decades turning that whip of ink and his trembling lines into a roar. Ralph is a powerful voice that resonates globally. His art, quotes, writings, music, and designs swim in our collective consciousness and refuse to be still; laughing at authority, mourning all cruelty, and continues to dare us to stay awake and questioning. I feel grateful to Ralph’s contributions not just for their visual impact, but also for their ability to engage us all with critical issues and foster a deeper understanding of our world and one another.”
