The series explores the cross-fertilization between music and the visual arts, with concerts in the galleries. Performances by CSU faculty and students are enriched with context provided by faculty from the Department of Art and Art History and the School of Music, Theatre, and Dance.
Music and visual art are always intimately related but the mid-twentieth century saw a special relationship develop between the two art forms. This program explores the experimental drive of the era, presented in conjunction with Off Kilter, On Point: Art of the 1960s from the Permanent Collection on the final day of the exhibition.
