Art activities galore! Fall Family Day at GAMA is Saturday, September 16. Designed for ages 5-12. Fun for the whole family!
Family Day is a free, drop-in program featuring clay and beading activities inspired by current exhibitions of African art at GAMA. Have fun with make-and-take projects and learn more about Dibul Kouana: A Visual Language for Feminine Prestige—featuring beaded waist skirts from Cameroon—and the encore exhibition of Shattering Perspectives: A Teaching Collection of African Ceramics—showcasing over 110 ceramic vessels from over 50 countries across Africa!
Explore the galleries! Connect with art and each other! Designed for children ages 5-12.
Free & open to all.

PARKING INFORMATION
Gregory Allicar Museum of Art is located on the first floor of the University Center for the Arts, at 1400 Remington Street on the southeast end of CSU’s campus in Fort Collins, CO.
Free parking is available on the streets surrounding the UCA, along Remington Street, E. Lake Street, and Peterson Street.
Paid parking is available in the CSU parking lot on the west side of College Avenue, which can be reached by entrances on Pitkin or Lake Streets. A short stroll through the College Avenue underpass brings you through the Annual Trial Gardens to the University Center for the Arts.
ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
GAMA is fully wheelchair accessible, and a wheelchair is available for visitors on a first-come, first-served basis. Large-print and Spanish language translations are available for exhibition texts. Please call (970) 491-1989 in advance for special assistance.
Accessible entrances can be found at the Griffin Lobby Entrance near the giant Warhol Soup Can sculpture off of Remington Street, or by entering through the museum’s sculpture garden from the alley to the east of the building.
Ongoing support for the museum’s exhibitions and programming is generously provided by the City of Fort Collins Fort Fund, the FUNd Endowment at CSU, and Colorado Creative Industries. CCI and its activities are made possible through an annual appropriation from the Colorado General Assembly and federal funds from the National Endowment for the arts.
