Ready-to-Print Exhibition
An exhibition of Ukrainian artists shown around the world and in support of Ukraine and its cultural community
Robert W. Hoffert Learning Center, May 13, 2022 – April 11, 2023
This unique, easily reproducible exhibition by the Artists Support Ukraine Foundation (ASU) features the work of Ukrainian artists and illustrators who produced art informed by their personal stories about the war. Artists include Alevtina Kakhidze, Vlada Ralko, Anton Logov, Olexiy Sai, Igor Gusev, Maria Kulikovskaya, and more.
Sølvberget Library and Cultural Center (Stavanger, Norway) originally curated this Ready-to-Print exhibition with the help of the ASU Foundation to support the Ukrainian cultural community—including artists, curators, and art managers, singers, actors, and others. The Artists Support Ukraine project—implemented with the help of Port Agency—was founded by Volodymyr Kadygrob and Kate Taylor. Foundation funds go toward cultural workers and women photographers currently working in Ukraine, as well as the Ukrainian cultural community both inside and outside the country.
ASU’s initiative is supported by Sculpture by the Sea (Sydney, Australia); Yorkshire Sculpture Park (Wakefield, United Kingdom); Female Photoclub and Belle Collective (Berlin, Germany); and Sølvberget Galleri (Stavanger, Norway).
The Gregory Allicar Museum of Art presents the ASU’s Ready-to-Print Exhibition in the Robert W. Hoffert Learning Center.
The show was coordinated in part by Olga Kozhar, a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Agricultural Biology at CSU, who first brought ASU to the attention of museum director and chief curator Lynn Boland.
Stop by the Hoffert Learning Center (located inside the museum at the University Center for the Arts building on 1400 Remington Street) to view the exhibition during museum hours:
Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday: 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Thursday: 10 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
Sunday: 1-5 p.m.
