Join Denver Art Song Project, as they share the comical side of classical art songs, with their encore performance of their April Fools Songs on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 4p.m.

If you don’t know what an art song is, this is a great chance to experience this gem of classical music with projected super-title translations, curated visual art, and comedic narration from ranging historical to the contemporary hilarity of the Craig’s List Lieder, prepare to giggle with delight at this free performance!

Denver Art Song Project was founded in 2015 by Eapen Leubner, Mallory Bernstein and Michael Bevers when they collaborated to make the album “A Single Step… Songs of Beethoven and Donaudy.”  This recording led to live performances, art song videos and the development of a singular style of performance with conversation, curated visual art and super-titles.  Their performances are a perfect first step for audiences new to the genre.
